~15-minute run, 14 pull-ups. My left scapula region felt either tight or slightly messed up. I couldn’t tell, so it was hard to decide whether to skip or to do a small workout. So far, I feel OK.
I started stretching again, which I’ve been skipping, and whoa do I have a lot of stretching debt. My legs are wood.
I also started rolling around on a tennis ball, and that also makes me feel like most of my body is really messed up!
I started with a bomb wand as usual, then found another one right away near the entrance of the Mines. So, I decided to bomb some stuff I normally run past and discovered that there was an Outside part that I could get to with a little more bombing. So, there is in fact Outside both to the left (which is easy to get to) and to the right of the starting spot.
(I'm going to post this set in reverse chronological order for the benefit of those scrolling down.)
I came to this weird underwater device and could not figure out what to do with it. I wasn't carefully watching my O2, so I ended up losing a lot of my hp here. The rest of my journey in the Outside was done with 3 hp.
