We haven’t had a lot of beef lately, but today, I’m using some frozen steaks that Katt’s mom sent us. I’m making dry-fried Szechuan beef because we don’t have propane for the grill for steaks.
I’ve never made the full recipe. I thought it called for 1 lb. 10 oz. of beef — 26 oz. This is 30 oz. — a ridiculous amount. It actually calls for 20 oz., which makes more sense. So, I’ll save some for tacos or something.
I slept for 11 hours. I guess it's been a week!
The new Sarah Harmer is good, if you like the occasional woman singer-songwriter album. (I'm not sure why I don't like much music in this genre, now that I think about it. Maybe I should check out her related artists.)
My dad found a dentist's magnifying glass at an auction. It's in my parents' house, by a fruit bowl now.
I like that these oversized baggages are safely imprisoned.
The Brain at this children’s museum is the only pinball machine I’ve actually gotten into. Free play helps a lot. I now feel I get pinball. After actually being able to focus on the motion of the ball and my effect on it, multiball was an amazing event.

There’s many ways in which the O’Hare isn’t aesthetic, but at least there are a lot of straight lines.
