Web Twitter is basically unreadable because it not only shows you tweets your folowees liked, it shows you replies from them to users you don't follow. I've been trying to use it (logging out each time) instead of Tweetbot to provide a speed bump.
Might just use t and write something to download pictures? I really don't want to spend any more effort on this. -

An Italian snack clerk complimented my Bruce Lee shirt! I think he said it's a beautiful shirt? When I tried to get across that it was Bruce Lee, he said "Bruce Lee!" then some other words very enthusiastically.

I'm at the regret stage of the vacation, which I hope will pass. Sardinia is nice, the beach is nice, but going anywhere from where we are on the island sucks. You have to drive, and the car sucks, which makes driving on weird narrow roads harder. The house is a nice piece of real estate, but it's kinda gross for what it costs.
I'm trying not to think about what else we could have done with this time; this colossal pile of vacation days. I have learned that we should trust our instincts when agreeing to a trip. -

I had fun talking to some local parents tonight! However, I am always uncertain at these things about how political or negative I can get in conversation. On one hand, other people did have interesting things to say about angry nerds who hate women and online toxicity. On the other, there reached a point where no one had anything to say, and people were relieved when someone found a way to change the subject.
I have no idea what to conclude about my polite conversation storm cloud tendency! -
