I did this thing where I pushed to GitHub, then amended the commit, then forgot about it without force pushing.Comments
Then, hours later, I got something the way I wanted it, tried to push, got the message that the origin had something I didn’t have and that I should pull. I pulled without thinking, an automerge happened then everything was ruined.
Fortunately, I just did a git reset to the previous commit, but for a few seconds, I was panicked about having almost gotten done in time for bed (having blown through Relaxation Time) and forgot I could do that. -

Sometimes I feel a tiny bit self-conscious when listening to bands from the current OSDM (old school death metal) trend because I'm very suspicious of nostalgia. I was just talking to Katt, and interestingly, it doesn't sound dated to her. So, it's all still unfamiliar enough to most people to cover up for any retro indulgence guilt you may have.Comments
