I had to fix many different things to get the screenshot service for the bot emails going again. (Root cause: upgrading Ubuntu got rid of dependencies needed by Playwright.)

I ended up upgrading Playwright in webimage and upgrading from Node 12 to 18 on the VPS. So far all three persistent Node services seem OK? Assuming this post actually goes through.
