Making this
grilled ratatouille felt like making an elaborate salad, and I guess it kind of is. Nevertheless, the many, many parts did mesh well, and it had what I imagine to be “ratatouille nature”.
Also, I find grilled tomatoes to be surprisingly good. Just those on garlic bread would be a good meal.
