35-minute run, 14 pull-ups.
I usually do the pull-ups from this side, and there’s a subtle imbalance: the bar is thinner for the left hand. I’m not sure if that makes things harder or easier for the left hand, though.
Regardless, I did them from the other side today, and they felt easier. That could be because I did no pull-ups yesterday, though. I guess the conclusion is that that you have to live in a lab to conclude anything.
