Weird workout today. I started to do the normal six sets of pull-ups and burpees, but after the first set of pull-ups, I got concerned that they’d affect my hand recovery, even though they felt fine.
So, switched to push ups, but after two sets of that, the back of my left hand felt weird, so I went down to run on the treadmill for twenty minutes.
The cost of that shoveling incident is staggering.
