
10-4-4-4-4-5 on this bar, which is normal, instead of the monkey bar on which I always have to be swinging for the first rep. Also tried a few Turkish get-ups, but unsurprisingly did not really remember how they're done. They were some kinda get-up, at least.
Was a tough call whether I should've skipped this workout because I feel behind in personal life and having another minor career goal crisis. Felt good to get calm, though.
