In addition to work, an interview, and childcare, I put out the sourdough loaves to rise, but only baked one. I put the other back in the fridge because baking it would keep me up too late. I hope it’s OK.
I also got the sponge for the next batch of bagels ready.
I have to remember to space the baking out. When you factor in cleaning up, it adds up to a lot of time.
