Important sourdough catch-up! Back on Friday, it got really tall as pictured above. Then, on Saturday, I felt like we had enough of it, so I stirred it, and didn't feed it. This morning, it was alarmingly liquidy, so I fed it extra. I'm hoping that tomorrow, it's both bubbly throughout and dough-like again.
