I almost
almost responded to a letter to a local news site. It was about how people in Cambridge should stop wearing masks because it harshes the community "vibe".
In the interest of not "wasting" text, here's my response:
This letter boils down to: "People don't look the way I want them to. People, change how you look on my behalf." Even putting aside personal safety, in America, you can dress how you like, as long as you're not nude.
I probably shouldn't respond to cranks, but people that are actually really happy with Cambridge schools. They're incredibly well-resourced, and they've done an amazing job of keeping kids both happy and sharp.
Families that have left (and this will probably include us soon) have left because they need more space and housing prices in Cambridge are crushing.
