He calls these guys Shark Guy and Rubber Band Guy. Shark Guy is Rubber Band Guy's dad. They live in this neighborhood, which has a duck house and a house with aircraft on it. They like to get up each morning to eat breakfast, then walk the path to say hi to the ducks. They check their mail, bring their extra tires inside, then have dinner and go the sleep.
