Junior calisthenics, breakfalls, 13 pull-ups. I did the breakfalls even though the guy’s not here because they’re energizing. Maybe threatening your brain with falling wakes it up.
I’m not going to be able to run for a while. Well, I could if I wanted to deal with bitter cold but I don’t right now. So, I should come up with more things I could do. I’ve had several Good Back Days; one of the metrics is how smoothly cat-cows go, and that’s been non-crunchy. Maybe I can do some burpees or light lifts.
