The Daily on a case in which the police used facial recognition to wrongly arrest a Black man. This is a predictable story. You know the beats of something like this at this point. But it's still worth listening to because it goes through the details of the experience of being arrested. Even though you may know what happens when someone is arrested, you may not spend time thinking about it, the way you do when you hear someone talking about the experience.
This is a strength of podcasts that's similar to one of the strengths of writing. Taking time to write something out makes you spend time with what you're thinking about.
