- Job. I was messing with Docker all day. Not really my favorite thing, but at least I didn't get stuck.
- Went to City Hall to try to talk to the building department, but every inspector was out. I did, however, get a direct number to one of them and found out they're only in the office from 3-5.
- While I was there, I stopped by the City Clerk to get a death certificate for the guy who used to own my house. He did not die of causes related to vermiculite. Also, he was Black, which I did not know.
- I called the building inspector, and he said that to get our 8' high fence, we should apply for a permit, which he'd be forced to reject, but then we should go before the Board, which he thinks would likely approve it.
- Looked for winter classes for the guy. They're not registering yet, but I did set up an alert for when they start because I gotta compete against people shopping for these like they're PS5s.
- Found some woodworkers that seems like they're unlikely to rip us off; got a glimpse of pricing for built-in bookcases, gritted teeth through the sticker shock.
- Client D work.
