Junior calisthenics, ten pull-ups. Trapezius felt totes normal!
I've been doing basically only junior calisthenics for the past couple of weeks. I think they're actually the most valuable workout at my age, way more important than running or pull-ups, even though it doesn't feel like much is happening during them. They literally exercise all of the parts so that none of them get "surprised" when used during other times.
Someday I may get back into ability-expansion exercises, but I think the junior calisthenics are going to continue until death, regardless.
