I've had this lower back pain today, and because I'm an old person, I can't tell what the cause is. It could be:
1) Pull-ups. But they don't really seem to involve the lower back much.
2) Running. Seemed fine while I was doing it.
3) Doing shuttle runs across the dining room with the guy. Here, I made sure to be careful when bending down to touch the stations.
