Normal length run, possibly slow. Did not time it; my usual way of timing is to start an episode of The Daily and then look at how far into it I am when I’m done. (Today’s episode was about baseball, which I have no interest in.)

Sitting on the porch in the breeze after was extra good. My brain feels refreshed. There’s this weird phenomenon in which I always forget the brain effect until I actually run.
