I used some expensive steak my mother-in-law gave us for a stir-fry. It really is good steak, but we don’t have enough of it left for a meal for all of us. Plus, the remainders are two different kinds of steak.
Despite this possibly seeming like a waste, the quality does come through in a heavily-flavored stir-fry. Also, what was I going to do? Go buy more matching steak?
