10-4-4-4-4-12. Worked out before noon, finally. I wanted to run today, but I would have had to get outside by 8 AM to avoid heat death, and I had other things to do.
I feel like my legs have gotten stronger and attributed it to regularly running up a hill. I just weighed myself for the first time in several months, and I've lost weight, so they might not actually be stronger.
I briefly considered reintroducing barbell workouts, but considering my injury track record there, it's probably not a great idea to pick up during busy times. I exercise primarily to avoid getting excessively angry, depressed, and/or anxious and secondarily to make my old age less limited and painful. So, I'm going to try to let go of my interest in the quantitative amount of force I exert on the outside world.
