Apple got rid of backing up voice memos to iCloud in iOS 12. So, there is no practical way to get lots of voice memos off of your iPhone onto a non-Mac computer now. Very nice, Apple.
At least around the house, I have to remember to use my Zoom recorder instead of my phone.
