2-8-6-2-3-4. I think it's for the best to make the first set a really short one on cold days like this, then walk around and let the blood run, and go for a big set.
When I started doing the pull-ups, I was feeling apocalyptic, so it was important for me to be able to do a big set immediately after running. It felt good to be able to exert a lot of strength while out-of-breath a bit. Now, I'd rather be able to avoid crunchiness and upper back pulling, but I'll get back to big first sets in the spring.
