One of the possible explanations for Hawking Radiation (particles escaping black holes) is apparently quantum tunneling. Because I don’t really understand quantum tunneling, every time I hear about it, I subconsciously replace it with “sometimes particles spontaneously teleport.” In conclusion, all possible explanations of Hawking Radiation are inaccessible to me.
