I had trouble finding out where the furniture at the library came from, so I made a FOIA request. I got back a spreadsheet of chairs they evaluated.
It turns out that the chair we like is the Reframe Wingback, which has a base price of $4,800! I guess we're not getting one of those.
They haven't yet told me how much they actually paid for the chairs as part of their bulk purchase, so I'm following up on that.
