Thanks to judo being all about footsweeps last night, I'm not that worn out today and was able to work out. (Though it was extremely frustrating. I have always been really bad at tracking where opponents' feet are moving and intercepting them.) Back workout, 2x3 power cleans, 2x5 slow deadlifts.
Today, I did the power cleans early, right after kettlebell swings, instead of at the very end. I think the deadlifts take a lot of spring out of me, so it went a lot better.
