Abbreviated 7DRL workouts:
Monday: 4.5 mile run
Tuesday: 20 burpees, set of 12 pull-ups
Today: 2 mile run (with a long break in the middle to figure out what was going on with a lone dog), pull-ups (14-4)
I think this is close to the right amount of working out for a situation like this. They're not too long, and it's easier to deal with setbacks and also to be cool to my family when it's time to stop coding.
