Back workout done. I got most of the reverse flies all the way up! I did two and a half slow pull-ups, but during the down part of the third one, my scapula (?) felt weird, so I dropped.
I did arm circles, head circles, and cat-cows after this, even though I already did them in junior calisthenics. It's probably important — all of those parts felt kinda tight, post-workout.
