There was a day at judo when a sensei told the kids “The parents can’t do half of what you do.”
I added sit-throughs, one of the jillions of things they do during their warm-ups, to junior calisthenics today and some shadow uchikomi (basically pretending to throw someone) and whew I can see how that adds up.
I guess my goal now is the be half as healthy as a child.
