I actually feel well-rested!
There are many mornings in which I am vexed that I still feel tired or sleepy after winding down the previous night and having a full night’s sleep. I think the key to feeling non-tired may be having multiple consecutive full nights’ sleep.
This is probably why I often feel rested on vacations. Those always involve 2+ days in a row in which you don’t have that much to do and might as well go to bed on time.
