As far as I can tell, there's no way on GitHub to say "don't train your AI on any of my repos." There's no clear answer on whether or not Microsoft/Open AI trains on your private repo.
There was some mention of a global setting, but I don't see it now. It looks like you have to set .gitattributes in every single repo. I literally sighed upon reading that.
Welp, time to finally move. I hate that they're making me do extra work.
