
Mostly, I've discovered it's not really worth waking up really early, but today, I have a special work project (about whose chances of survival past this week make me feel ambivalent about it).
Also, I tried to go to bed at 9 last night because I felt sleepy at 8. Well, the moment had passed, and I struggled to sleep for the first time in a while. It's possible that going to bed too early is as detrimental to sleep regularity as going to bed too late.
