I was listening to a games podcast, and some developer mentioned how AI helped him do something 4x faster even though he was skeptical at first, and because the atmosphere of the episode was light, I thought it was going to go by unchecked, but then one of the hosts brought up the amount of electricity required (there's a reason data centers that use up as much electricity as Detroit are being built), the people being exploited, and what capital is going to do once businesses are hooked.
I was relieved, but then I realized this was an exception.
Capital has pushed to discussion to a window in which all that's being discussed is whether or not AI can do something for you or not.
