Ab and stretching PT stuff. Almost skipped, but then I remember I did a total of five hours of walking this weekend, and I do not want to dip below my current health standard: Being able to sit in an office chair all day without pain. And of course, I’ve got my stretch goal (ha) in mind: Having a day in which the sides of my legs feel loose enough that I don’t feel like I’m doing something risky by running.
