My hip flexors and lower back are tight today, despite no working out and mostly working at the standing desk.
I learned the term hip flexor at the doctor yesterday, who said my lower back felt obviously tight and said OK you can indeed have physical therapy.
In contrast, my hands are fine, despite pushing it a bit on the guitar yesterdays, enough to cause a lot of lactic acid buildup. On previous days, after typing a lot, my thenars (the “hand meats” by the thumbs) were sore.
This could all be coincidental, which is very unsatisfying.
