Hour run/walk, 12 pull-ups. Though according to my physical, I’m five points heavier, so each of those is worth extra points.
I was able to stick to the planned route this time, though the route I planned turns out to go off path, so I had to “urgent walk” a lot of it. I liked it, though, because I need variety. With nothing to really back it up, I think it might help with ankle strengthening by putting them in a lot of situations they wouldn’t normally encounter in street running and in fact would mess up you up if they popped up on street running.
I got done just in time to get in a minimum viable shower before driving to piano. Though maybe it wasn’t actually viable. My internal body temp didn’t drop enough, and I kept sweating after changing, which is fout.
