- Dropped off, picked up.
- Job.
- Did laundry. Actually folded it, even. Today's lifehack was actually folding it as I took it out of the dryer instead of stuffing it all into a basket and dumping it upstairs, to be forgotten.
- Did a D&D feasibility check for a player.
- Talked to a therapist. She thinks tentatively that I might have anxiety, rather than ADHD, which you usually have symptoms of as a kid. (I didn't.) Also, she said lots of people think they have ADHD lately, but they actually have too much to do. I do feel anxiety, but I don't have panic attacks, which apparently aren't when you're like "Aw shit" about something, but rather, you experience physical effects like not being able to breathe.
- Checked up on an insurance thing. An allergist visit is really expensive! But at least we're close to hitting our deductible.
- Took the guy to the first Cub Scouts meeting. He liked it, but I feel it was not representative of what it'll actually be like. It was kind of a general kids' party, with pizza and balloon badminton. I think we will take the gamble and pay the fee, though. The kids seemed nice and non-jocky, and all of the adults seemed sane.
