I ran the usual distance, but I don't know how long it took. 10 pull-ups.
And that's the day. I worked late, so I got up late, and Katt handled breakfast and the morning message and getting dressed. I just read LOTR to the guy, then sat with him through his online school assembly meeting.
Then, I went and got propane and groceries, came back and cleaned them up, then had a late lunch.
I went for my run, then took a shower, and even though I didn't work today, it was 5 PM at that point.
No project work got done. A difficult email was written, and a phone call was returned. I started making dinner.
That's the whole day. It's really hard to do stuff like working on cool projects.
I did have the choice to spend some time on a project instead of working out, but I think of the working out consistency as a thing that'll keep me sane when a wave of harder days comes so that I can keep on doing both regular work and project work when the time becomes available.
