Up until now, all I knew about Liberace was that he was a gay classical pianist that older people liked to make fun of for his sexuality and flamboyant dress. It turns out he did have a classical background, but he played a sort of technical comedic pop classical. Also, he never came out and sued publications for saying he was gay.
