Self-back pat: I had what I think is extensor tendinopathy in the right foot last Sunday. Intermittent pain continued though Tuesday. So, I skipped judo.
There was a little more pain here and there on Wednesday. I did a few stretches.
I went back to judo tonight, and my foot feels totally fine now! I even did a couple rounds of standing randori. I took a break, and it totally paid off.
