Woke up once during the night, but I think it was a natural kind of incident. Also, Dr. Wily woke me up at 6 this morning. I wouldn't have minded, but I took over 45 minutes to fall asleep last night, so she may have interrupted REM sleep.
Still, overall the quality of sleep is waaay higher than that of last week and the weeks before that.
Tonight, I'm going to try not looking at my phone 30 minutes before bedtime.
