It's surprisingly hard to find a shared editor that supports math formatting. It seems to be like "learn LaTeX or GTFO". Just now, I found out about Typst from Quinten. It lets you just write stuff out in a code-like way (which is easy to write and hard to read) and render it in "normal" math style.
