An update to my update about punching holes in Cloudflare: The custom rules cannot supersede Bot Fight mode. So, if an RSS reader unknown to Cloudflare tries to read your RSS feed, it will present it with a "prove you're human" form, no matter what Custom Rules you have to allow anyone through.
I'm not quite sure what to do about this.
