10 burpees, 20 swings @ 30 lbs., 20 swings and 20 presses @ 20 lbs. My lower back felt slightly off, but this is mostly a leg workout, so I kept going. It’s hard to know how to interpret that feeling. I will find out if that was a grave mistake.
