I just had to write a credit card charge dispute:

I ordered a Tilting TV Wall Mount EGLT1. The order was acknowledged on Sept. 3. I did not receive it, so I emailed helpmehelpyou@echogear.com on Sept. 15 and Sept. 19. I received no reply.

I suspected there may be problems with a product that costs a third the price of its competitors.
