I typed for an hour and a half without braces on for the first time in months. I increased the tenting angle on my keyboard, and I thought that might make up for it.
I think it might have. I do have a bunch of soreness in the thenar muscles, especially in the right hand. I’m guessing that’s because they’re used to the braces doing some work for them. However, it’s not screaming pain, so I think it could be transition.
There is no carpal tunnel pain, which is mostly what the braces are about preventing.
