I presented at a sonification meeting to get some feedback, which I got and was indeed helpful.

One of the other presentations was from a group of college students. Having not been around them in quite a while, I was surprised by how kid-like they were. Shy, mumbly, aimless — not that different from an actual child speaking!

I’m fairly certain I was this way, too, and yet I don’t remember thinking of myself that being that way at the time.
