I tried going over the seams with thick paint the other day, but as I suspected, it just sunk into the wood. That is the nature of paint and wood, especially end grain.

So I mixed more “dijon mustard”, but I had to actually produce sawdust because the sawdust surplus is gone. The mustard made from sanding sawdust is way smoother than the kind made from sawing sawdust.
