I got back to work on Flooding in earnest tonight. I got rid of most of the popping noises. That's important. You've got to not have annoying noises to release.
Also in the annoying department, I eliminated the excessive sliding between pitches.
Finally, I pushed back on the perceived dominance of low pitches by making every event in every chord have the same volume instead of dynamically dividing the max volume up and handing it all out to each event every chord.
This makes some parts of the piece extremely quiet, which I'm not sure I want.
