Again, had a hard time fitting a workout in. 10 pull-ups, 10 burpees, four rounds of Yakety Sax (we run around the apartment with the guy while Yakety Sax plays), 10 pull-ups, one exploratory set of deadlifts at 60 lbs. I didn’t hurt myself! If I can continue to not hurt myself, maybe I’ll eventually work part way back up.
